Was founded in 1990 by Architect and General Contractor, Christian Ballesteros, with the mission of providing services to the construction and developing industries in South Florida.

The company provides General Contracting services in the fields of Urban Development and Infrastructure, Structures, Turn Key Projects, Concrete Restoration, Water Proofing and Marine Construction. In the fields of Architecture, Interior Design and Engineering Services, Land Planning, Comprehensive Design Build projects as a specialty of the firm.

Christian is the Principal and Qualifier for the company and has over 25 years of experience in the industry. The Crossbower team has designed and built Planned Urban Developments of over 300 units as well as commercial developments and water front luxury homes. For the past 10 years the company has incurred into the Building’s Concrete Structure Restoration Industry for condominiums and many hundreds of feet of Seawall and Docks Marine Construction with great success.
