EPUNTA PARAISO BEACH AND GOLF RESORT 360 ROOM LUXURY HOTEL

This particular resort called Punta Paraiso Beach and Golf Resort, has been developed as a Design-Build project.

The project comprised the feasibility studies through the final design, construction programming, and construction systems design.

The team of professionals working under the management of Crossbower Corporation,  produced four independent projects including an 18 hole championship golf course within the plan hotel complex. 

The projects have been designed and planned for VMI ( Vacation Marketing International) a firm specialized in the travel industry based in Dusseldorf, Germany and focused in the European tourism market.
