Palm Bay Yacht Club is a 27 story apartment condominium building that is presently going through the 40-year structural recertification process required by the City of Miami.

Crossbower has worked with Epic Forensic and Engineering, starting the process by doing the initial exploration to determine the condition of the structure so the engineers can make the determination of the quantity of repairs needed.
