EF INTERNATIONAL LANGUAGE SCHOOL

This school functions as a university with hotel/boarding facilities, there are approximately 110 rooms in the building with service facilities such as restaurant/cafeteria, lobby seating area and pool with cabanas.

The management has a policy of  continuous renovation, Crossbower has been the leading company in this program renovating a large number of rooms and building facilities such as roof, deck and fire stairs.

The pool cabana facility  project  was created using the existing  building structure. It was designed to service the 110 hotel room building. This project required approval from the Historical Preservation Board of the City of Miami Beach.
